Job Purpose :	Responsible for developing and testing programs in accordance with the detailed design and test checklist to be in accrdance with current programming standards.
Education :	Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer
Experience :	3 to 5 years experience in similar position
Skills & Abilities :	• OOP, VB, .NET, Crystal Reports, COM, DCOM. • Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) or about to be. • Excellent English proficiency. • Team player • Fast learner • Independent personality • Presentable • Able to deal with different types of people.
Job Responsibilities :	• Reviews design documentation with a designer, and resolve any ambiguities or omissions in the specifications. • Agrees task completion dates and time estimates with their supervisor stated in plans. • Completes the program design (if appropriate) and unit test plans, develops and tests programs in accordance with the detailed design and test checklist to be in accordance with current programming standards. • Understands, reproduces, fixes and tests errors reported by customers or other members of the division. • Reviews and keeps up to date the current programming standards, using proper communication channels to introduce new ideas and suggestions through hands on experience. • Fills in a report in accordance with the task under test (Unit Testing, System Testing or Integration Testing) to be passed on the Project Manager for verification and follow-up on the actions to be taken. • Fulfills the steps of the checklist according to the Inspection and Testing Procedures.
