Job Purpose :	Handle the technical aspect of the software development life cycle and to handle the business aspect of the product.
Education :	Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer
Experience :	1 to 3 years experience in similar position
Skills & Abilities :	• OOP, VB, .NET, Crystal Reports, COM, DCOM. • Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) or about to be. • Excellent English proficiency. • Team player • Fast learner • Independent personality • Presentable • Able to deal with different types of people.
Job Responsibilities :	• Develops and tests programs in accordance with the detailed design and test checklist to be in accordance with current programming standards. • Understands, reproduces, fixes and tests errors reported by customers or other members of the division. • Keeps up to date the current programming standards. • Fills in a report in accordance with the task under test (Unit Testing, System Testing or Integration Testing) to be passed on the Team Leader for verification and follow-up on the actions to be taken. • Fulfills the steps of the checklist according to the Inspection and Testing Procedures.
